- FIgure out where you want to live - The first step in the home buying process is figuring out where you want to live. Ask yourself how far you want to live from work, family and friends. It is very important to stay close to all of the priorities in your life.
- Pre-qualify for a Loan - The second step we'd like you to take is to find out what you can comfortably afford. This will pre-qualify you for the loan you take out to purchase your new home. By pre-qualifying, you are able to move quickly on a home you like by placing an offer. Being pre-qualified tells the seller you are serious about buying because you've taken the necessary steps to show that you are capable of financing the house you want. You are free to choose whichever lender you feel most comfortable working with for your home loan. - House Tour - After you find the homes you've been eyeing, contact us to set up an appointment for a tour. Please obtain the loan pre-qualification letter prior to viewing the interior of the houses.
- Make an offer on a house - We provide you with all of the sale comparables for similar houses in the area so you can make an intelligent offer. We guide you through the entire buying process, from Conejo Valley MLS and Socal MLS to finish, including the offer, negotiations, acceptance, escrow, pest control, title, physical inspection, loan process and closing. Even after the day we hand you your new keys to your new home, we are always here for any questions you may have about your home.
